• Pet name, symptoms, appointment preferences, and clinic notes.
• UPI transaction references and payment-proof images when submitted.
• Security and reliability data such as request time and limited network identifiers.

How we use it

We use information to provide care, manage bookings and queues, fulfil orders, verify payments, prevent abuse, communicate service updates, and meet legal or accounting duties. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored using contracted providers including Supabase, Cloudinary, Resend, Vercel, Google reCAPTCHA, and monitoring services when enabled. Access is restricted to authorised clinic staff and service providers performing these functions.

Retention and your choices

Records are retained only as long as needed for care, operations, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. Contact the clinic to request correction or deletion where legally permitted. Payment screenshots can be removed after verification and required retention.
